Teapot Racing is exactly as gloriously daft as it sounds. Ingenious inventors of all ages unleash their home-built, remote-controlled teapots onto a chaotic obstacle course, where style, speed, and sheer stubbornness collide. Expect wobbling contraptions, unexpected breakdowns, triumphant finishes - and plenty of laughter. A true steampunk classic.
Think you can do better? If you fancy taking part, there is normally a teapot available that you can drive!

No teapot ? Don’t worry you can borrow one on the day.
Our races are being held at the glorious IoW Bus and Coach Museum who are kindly putting on a vintage shuttle bus service to take festival goers to their museum. Hop on outside Royal Esplanade Hotel. Buses are expected to run approximately every 20mins.
