Come and watch a stream of steampunkers in their finery make their way through town.
A joyful Sunday procession as steampunkers of all kinds gather in their finest costumes to stroll through Ryde, making their way down to the daytime festival site on the seafront, where the day’s celebrations begin in earnest. Open to anyone in costume and free to join, the Steampunk Ryde-Out is designed to welcome newcomers and inspire curiosity, while those not in dress-up are warmly invited to line the route and enjoy the spectacle as it passes by.
If you wish to participate, simply turn up at the muster point in costume. It's free to join in. Kids, adults and pets are all welcome.
